Think Services today announced that Harvey Smith will keynote the Game Career Seminar. In his speech, titled "Luckiest People Alive," he will talk about the possibilities that lie within the medium of interactive entertainment. Smith’s experience includes time at Ion Storm, where he worked on Deus Ex. He also served as lead designer of Fireteam at Multitude and Origin Systems and as studio creative director at Midway Games’ Austin office.
Other speakers at the Game Career Seminar will include Brenda Brathwaite, Instructor at Savannah College of Art and Design, Jennifer Bullard, Senior Producer at AspyrMedia, and Paula Fellbaum, Vice President of Human Resources at Nexon Publishing. The event will take place during the 2008 Austin Game Developers Conference on September 17, at the Austin Convention Center.
