Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Harmonix has been selected as one of the "Top Places to Work" by the Boston Globe. The newspaper invited more than 600 companies in Massachusetts to participate (293 completed the survey process), and while the full list won't be available until Sunday, Destructoid reports that MTV-owned Harmonix placed 11th overall. Winchester Hospital was number one.

Harmonix also was number five on the list of "best small workplaces," and placed third for the "most inclusive" company. For those of you in the industry who love Rock Band and are looking for a job, the developer is currently hiring for a variety of positions, including game designer, game programmer, QA tester and more.
