Electronic Arts and the cable network Spike are looking for the "most creative and entertaining" 60-second movie created using Spore or the Spore Creature Creator for a new contest they’re calling "The Wright Stuff Spore UGC" contest. The grand prize winner and a guest will receive round trip airfare, two nights of hotel stay, and ground transportation for the 2008 Spike Video Game Awards on Sunday, December 14 in Culver City, California, as well as some one-on-one time with industry legend Will Wright.
The contest ends next week on December 2, giving potential entrants just a week to come up with a 60-second masterpiece and submit it to the contest’s official site. The winner, personally selected by Will Wright, will be announced two days later.
If you feel like entering but find yourself hitting a creative brick wall, a few friends of ours may be able to help. Be careful though, Assman has quite the temper -- can you blame him?
