You have to love videogame ratings boards. The latest inadvertent game announcement by way of a ratings report comes out of Germany, as the "Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle" (sounds so much cooler than the ESRB, doesn’t it?) has rated Exit 2 for the Xbox 360 (via Gamerbytes). Presumably, that means the PSP sequel will eventually be joining the original Exit on Xbox Live Arcade.
Whether that means North American gamers will finally be able to play it remains up in the air. Exit 2 on the PSP came out in Japan late in 2006 and in Europe and Australia in early 07, but for some reason never made it to our shores. A North American release does seem likely now, but if you’re a fan of charismatic puzzle game protagonists with rakish hats, better cross your fingers for good measure.
