Resident Evil 5's Mercenaries Mode will be going online.
Resident Evil 5 will be hitting shelves shortly, but that hasn’t precluded developers from making a few last minute tweaks. In this case, definitely for the better.
According to IGN, the recently revealed Mercenaries Mode has received a title update that will allow Xbox 360 owners to take it online. This was after sources had previously said that the mode would be offline only.
No word yet on whether the update will be coming to the PlayStation 3 as well. Don’t fret though, PS3 owners. It’ll surely be along soon.
