We don't know what they're up to, but considering the praise behind BioShock, we're sure it's something big.
Today, 2K Boston announced that it is launching a major recruiting campaign. The designers of BioShock are looking to fill positions in production, programming, design, art, and audio. 2K Boston staff will be at this year's GDC with "Be big in Boston" t-shirts and will be available to discuss career opportunities with those that are interested.
The release also revealed that these new team members are being recruited for what 2K Boston calls "their biggest and most ambitious project yet." Whatever this project is, it is not BioShock 2, since that title is currently under development at 2K Marin. Those interested in positions at 2K Boston should email Jobs@2KBoston.com.
