Elan Awards Give 4 For Left 4 Dead

Elan Producers announced today that their recent award show was a success. Attended by 400 people from the gaming and animation fields, the event was hosted by Tom "SpongeBob SquarePants" Kenny and featured a performance by Splitting Adam. Several awards in different categories were handed out, including "Best Student Video Game" that was awarded to Deguiyu from the Masters of Digital Media in Vancouver, Canada.
The professional video game awards were dominated by Left 4 Dead, which won Video Game of the Year, Best PC Game, Best Game Design, and Outstanding Technical Innovation. Fallout 3 also received multiple awards; Best Console Game and Best Art Direction. Best Casual Game went to Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst, Best Mobile/Handheld Game was awarded to Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force while Best Sound Design was given to Gears of War 2.
