Sony Still Considering Names for Wand Controller

A lot of news came out of Tokyo Game Show regarding Sony's new PlayStation Eye motion controller, but one thing we didn't learn, alas, was what to call it.
"There are several candidates for the name of the controller," said Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios head Suhei Yoshida to Kotaku. "The SIXAXIS and the DualShock 3 -- while great product names -- are based on the actual tech. The name we pick for the Wand Controller maybe won't be so techy."
Yoshida explained they want the wand controller to appeal to both casual and hardcore gamers, and as such, are looking for a name that conveys an appealing brand to both demographics. He gave no hints as to when an announcement will be made, but with the controller planned for release in spring of next year, it probably shouldn't be too much longer before Sony needs to decide on a name to get their marketing push going.
